Como é o treinamento?
O programa de treinamento dos jovens é desenvolvido através de cursos de capacitação em uma plataforma online de reconhecido prestígio, com um extenso repositório de disciplinas. Os alunos seguirão e estudarão as aulas gravadas até completar o conteúdo programático proposto inicialmente, na trilha educativa escolhida para eles, pelo ITT.

How is the student monitored?
Mentoring involves monitoring the individual study progress of two young people, asking the students to demonstrate the knowledge they have acquired throughout the training, incrementally week by week.
Technical questions regarding the training content should be directed to the support channels provided by the training platform itself.
The youth program will be conducted online weekly, on a predetermined day and time.
The mentor may volunteer for the training if they have:
A vocation for volunteering in social work.
Knowledge in a specialized area within the field of Information Technology / Computing.
Interpersonal interaction and communication skills.
Weekly commitment of approximately three hours.
One hour dedicated to an online meeting with each of the two young people assigned individually.
One hour to answer any questions or concerns during the week, via WhatsApp or Email, on a case-by-case basis, in case of urgent need, in addition to the pre-established weekly Mentoring hour.
Initial commitment of 6.00 hours per month for meetings with ITT and expert collaborators, for guidance in the areas of psychology, pedagogy, and interpersonal skills.
